The MBSR mindfulness training (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), developed over 40 years ago in the United States by Jon Kabat-Zinn, is a method for understanding and managing stress. Today, MBSR is taught worldwide in clinics, universities, schools, and renowned companies as part of prevention and health promotion programs.
Attending the information or introductory session gives you an overview of the method and the course structure in advance, and also allows you to get to know the course teacher personally beforehand and ask questions.
